Warfare Prayer Time:
The Bible tells us that we are always in the middle of a spiritual warfare. We all know it…it’s the battle between good and evil. Satan wants to keep students just like you from making a difference in this world and stepping up in your relationship with the Lord.
So this summer, we are starting something new that we should have been doing all along: warfare prayer. Every Sunday night starting at 5:30 p.m. right here in the youth room, we are going to spend time praying for you, the service and anything else that God lays on your heart. The best part…we want YOU to be a part of it. This is YOUR ministry and YOUR prayers will make all of the difference in the world!
This is going to be THE event of the school year!

• Cheer off (loudest and craziest school)
• Are you smarter than a 5th grader quiz
• Dodgeball Tournament (to be played Saturday September 11th, 2010)

Junior High Journey
Jr. High Journey is a powerful weekend designed for students to encounter the Living God and fully comprehend the commitment God desires. When we planned out our year and asked, "what is the ONE thing that we want junior high students to be a part of?" Jr. High Journey was it! So, don't miss out on this great opportunity. Journey is scheduled on Friday, October 22 - Sunday, October 24th. Registration deadline is October 4, 2010. The cost for the event is $75 which includes your conference and your hotel for the two nights. You will still need to bring additional money for food.
